Program Facilitators
Tito Sanchez, M.S.W.
Director of Training; Facilitator
Tito Sanchez is the Director of Human Resources, Program Support and Training at KCS Inc.
With an extensive background of training and experience in human services, he
previously served KCS as the Outreach & Engagement Manager for Children & TAY,
as well as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor. Currently, he is a therapist for the
Orange County Behavioral Health Agency. He holds a BSW from Central Philippine University,
a BA from Toccoa Falls College, Georgia (Magna cum Laude) and an MSW from the University of Southern California.
Grace Ahn, M.Th., M.S.W.
Facilitator
With over 30 years of experience, Grace Ahn is a pioneer social worker in the Southern
California Korean community. She has developed curriculum in the Korean language and
her expertise is substance abuse counseling. She holds a Masters in Christian
Education from Yonsei University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of
Southern California.
Ellen Ahn, M.S.W., J.D.
Facilitator
As Executive Director of KCS (Korean Community Services) since 1997, Ellen Ahn has led the growth of the agency
from 5 employees to over 60 with an annual budget of over $3 million. In addition
to overseeing the programs, administration and development of the agency, she is active
on many community based boards and coalitions, committed to issues involving substance
abuse, mental illness, family violence and ethnic communities. She holds a B.A. in
history from Yale University, a J.D. from Georgetown University, and an M.S.W. from the
University of Southern California.
Efren Guerrero, M.D.
Facilitator
Efren Guerrero is a Program Director for K.C. Services' Fullerton and has
worked in the field of drug and substance abuse counseling and treatment for over two
decades. Mr. Guerrero received his Bachelor's in Health Sciences and his medical
degree from the University of Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco, Mexico
Thahn Do, LCSW
Facilitator
Thahn Do serves as the Clinical Consultant to KCS’ Behavioral and Mental Health Programs. He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s of Social Work with a concentration in Families and Children from the University of Minnesota, School of Social Work.
